1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for return.

  • Used or damaged hair dryers (unless defective)
  • Items not in original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Include clear photos or video showing the defect or damage.
  • We will offer a free replacement or a full refund, based on your preference.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


5. Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed returns.
